The book starts with a brief historical description of the airplane, its design, development and combat service history and numerous photos covering both wartime shots and preserved aircraft in full-colour. Worth attention are the beautiful colour charts showing the servicing stencils arrangement and detailed plans in scales 1:48 and 1:72. The model chapter describes and shows building process of two models – the Trumpeter and the Tamiya.

Every book covers a particular variant of the aircraft. Featuring development history and a presentation of airplane's complete design, with all the smallest details of both airframe and engine. We focus on depicting elements important to a modeller making the most accurate miniature. Included are photographs which show the examples preserved in museums and private collections from all over the world- they are in many cases still airworthy and flying at the air shows. Scale plans of the aircraft and drawings from its operational manual are also included. Colour plates presenting camouflage schemes, markings and stenciling are additional illustrations. One of the chapters also includes hints and tips from award-winning modellers. The books also feature reviews of model kits and additional accessories for them available on the market. A free decal sheet is included with every book.
